Hope Collapse "Age Of Heathens"

More than two decades after releasing their "Year Of The Leper" EP in 2005, Hope Collapse returns with their debut album, "Age Of Heathens." Guitarist Andrew Orlando and vocalist Carlos Ramirez are joined this time around by bassist Jeff Kaplan (Two Man Advantage, The Judas Iscariot) and drummer Anthony Corallo (Sheer Terror, Kill Your Idols). The spirit of Napalm Death, Integrity, Acme, Extreme Noise Terror, Rorschach, and Voivod runs through the album's ten tracks, but this isn't a nostalgia record; the songs on "Age Of Heathens" deal with institutional failure, abuses of power, religious exploitation, trauma, anxiety, and people trapped inside destructive systems. LP includes a CD of the album and a 17" x 11" poster. Limited edition of 300 copies.
