We do our best to ship all orders within one business day of receiving them. Pre-orders ship as soon as we are able to get them to you.
For ALL ORDERS - Please make sure that your address is entered correctly when you submit your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional postage required.
For FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL orders - Once a package leaves the United States and is scanned in another country, we have no ability to track the package or file a claim with USPS. We urge you to reach out to your local post office for further information.
Effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees.
We would like to underline that we are not collecting VAT at our check out and what you pay for shipping only includes the cost of the shipping itself. Any additional charges are the responsibility of customers to cover and we will not be issuing any refunds regarding these charges after the order has been shipped.
