Formed in 1997 in Kansas City as a side project of metallic noise hardcore band Coalesce, The Casket Lottery bring the chaotic noisy elements of the aforementioned Coalesce but with an indie rock approach. Their sixth album "Feel The Teeth" captures a band navigating the tension between exhaustion and revelation, pushing through a blaze of disillusionment while still searching for meaning.
